Cerro Coso volleyball squared off with IEAC opponent Chaffey College on Friday night. The contest went back and forth for five sets in a battle between the two teams with Chaffey eventually winning out in the fifth. The Coyotes had a strong showing with some high flying offense and great presence at the net, but it wouldn't be enough to hold off the Panthers. The Coyote volleyball team returns to action next Wednesday on the road at Barstow College.
