The Cerro Coso Volleyball team earned a hard fought 3-2 victory against College of Sequoias at home Wednesday night. The win puts the Coyotes at 4-2 on the year and 1-0 in Central Valley Conference play.

The Coyotes jumped all over the Giants early in the match by taking a convincing 2-0 lead, but the Giants would not go quietly. COS fought their way back during the next 2 games pushing the contest into the fifth set. During game five, the contest went back and forth until the Coyotes were finally able to persevere by earning the final three points to win game 5 by a score of 16-14.

The Coytoes will be back in action at home this Friday with another CVC matchup as they play host to Reedley College. Gametime is set for 5:00 pm and admission is free.
