Coaching Philosophy:

 

My coaching philosophy is to encourage growth in all areas of the game of volleyball.  It is my belief that team comes first and foremost and that the game of volleyball should be an experience that allows the players to challenge themselves to become better on and off the court.  It is my hope that the volleyball skills that I teach help the players to love the game and to always strive to grow and have fun during the growth process.
