Cerro Coso Hosts Porterville College for the Final Home Volleyball Contest

Cerro Coso Volleyball enters their final week of regular season play as they play host to Porterville College on Wednesday night. The game marks the final home match for 5 Coyote sophomores; #16 Kiana Thompson, #10 Macey Balas, #5 Dresden Stucky, #7 Elise Winters, and #14 Tinoi Martin. This current group of sophomores played a major role in the success of the 2018 Coyote Volleyball season. This squad was able to record a school record number of wins in 2017 with 9, and entering tonight's contest they have beat that mark with a new school record 13 wins. With the dedication put forth of this group has come success in the volleyball program as they have garnered respect from opponents and gained momentum as a program by moving up in standings both in the Central Valley Conference and in California State Rankings. Cerro Coso congratulates the accomplishment of these fine student athletes and is proud to claim them as Coyotes!
