The Cerro Coso Women's Soccer team is in preparation for big week ahead. The team will travel 8/31 as they face Moorpark College for a non conference match up, then return home on 9/2 to host Merced College, and return to the road on Saturday 9/4 to take on Bakersfield College. The week will be a test of endurance for the Coyotes and a challenge to physical condition of a roster that doesn't have a lot of depth. First year head coach, Stephen Jenkins has been working his team hard over the pre season to get the Coyotes game ready for these long weeks to take on challenging opponents. Coming off of a season opening loss to Reedley on the road last week has served Jenkins as a useful tool to give the young program early feedback on areas of improvement and continued development in preparation for the IEAC conference schedule.
