#25 Isiah Thomas dribbles past a Mt. SAC defender

The Cerro Coso Men's Basketball team won in impressive fashion on New Year's Eve against the visiting Mt. San Antonio College Mounties, 89-75. The Coyotes looked sharp early in the contest as they found their rhythm from behind the 3-point mark. At one point early in the first half, the Coyotes were 9 of 9 from behind the arch, as they began to build an unsurmountable lead against Mt. SAC. With the win, the Coyotes move to 6-5 on the season. They are currently in preparation to open up Central Valley Conference play at home against Columbia College. Columbia is off to a hot start this season as they enter the game with a 9-3 record. Come out and support the Coyotes this Thursday, tip off is set for 6:00 pm.
